چکیده
To understand the urbanization process, it is essential to detect urban spatial growth and study relations with social development. In this study, we take Wuhan as a case examine land patterns how factors relate evolution between 1990, 2000, 2010. We first classify cover using Landsat images during various stages based on landscape metrics regarding area, density, shape. Afterwards, principal component analysis census data are used extract key factors. Thirdly, apply geographically weighted regression (GWR) depict link The results indicate that coalescence diffusion simultaneously exist, for which redevelopment, infilling, edge expansion dominate city center, dominates peripheral areas. have global relationships areas while local non-stationarity presents in patch shape irregularities. Industrial upgrading, educational levelling up, population aging show significant heterogeneities relationships. simulation of relationship provides social-spatial perspective growth. authors conclude sustainable management should consider coexistence different models underline transitions when examining process. This works cities rapidly urbanizing countries or regions.

At present, one of the issues of all cities is the urbanization and, consequently, the development of urban reptile tentacles on parakeet lands, the consequences of which are: Marginalization, destruction of agricultural lands, population growth of cities, failure to respond to certain services and utilities in the city, physical tissue fractures, environmental problems, especially pollution an...
متن کاملUnderstanding the Fractal Dimensions of Urban Forms through Spatial Entropy
The spatial patterns and processes of cities can be described with various entropy functions. However, spatial entropy always depends on the scale of measurement, and it is difficult to find a characteristic value for it. In contrast, fractal parameters can be employed to characterize scale-free phenomena and reflect the local features of random multi-scaling structure. This paper is devoted to...
